Free style tournament "kiev cup"  holds in Ukraine and Iran doesn’t have any finalist in first day.

Silver medal winner of Yasar Dugo cup, Abbas Dabaghi, lost to Russian wrestler in first round at 55kg.

2005 Asia silver medalist at 66kg, Hamid Mohammadnejad, pinned by Jared Frayer from USA and Mehdi Moharampour was defeated by Ukraine wrestler 3-2(1-0, 0-1, 1-2).

Also Mohammad Bagher Aali beat Armenia wrestler 4-2(3-2, 1-0) but lost to Vadim Laliev from Armenia 7-0(1-0, 6-0) in second round of 84kg. Laliev lost to Taras Danko from Ukraine in semifinal.

Moreover, World and olympic champion David Muselbuz came on mat as Slovakia wrestler and pinned by another Russian in third round. 

None of the Iranian winners went to final and Iran will not have any medals at the first day of Kiev cup.
